They offer over 8 online classes that have to do with Management and investment properties, they have discounts on the classes every so often but they are usually under $100 and you can get the entire class package for $456.

I am seeking advise on a good online tenant rent collection company please.I currently use Clearnow which charges $14.95 for the first tenant and $2 for every tenant after that. 

Realtors still play an important role, of course, and I'm sure most can point to statistics that show higher average sale prices and fewer days on the market with a realtor versus without.

BP is a great wealth of information but you still have to network consistently online and in-person.  

A good factor to put into play, if commute time is a top priority, is what time you will plan to travel for work and how many days you'll be "in the office." 

This means that if I own units there it is unlikely that new units can come online and compete with me.

LIke you said, this is not an appreciation play, so it will need to have upside and/or be under market rent. 

I don't normally like to talk about what I do to the online world but I stumbled upon this sub-forum and I figured this would be as good a place as any to talk about my plan.
