2 mobile homes on one 2 acre lot. 

It’s a 5 acreage lot with a house 2300 sf, 3 commercial garages and 3 mobile offices that sits adjacent to the house.

I've considered several ideas- leasing to hemp growers, creating a RV park, leasing lot space to mobile home owners, doing ground leases to retailers, etc.

A small mobile home park has come up for sale near me, and the numbers for long term cash flow are incredible with some well appointed clean up and stabilizing.

You also want to ask about recency of the numbers, whether they identify if its a mobile number or not and how quickly they get it back to you.From there, you can call, text, mail, email and even run social ads to get in front of those prospects.
