Generally coffee or a short phone call is the way to start after the BP introduction is done, but you could continue the conversation electronically.

Back to my first paragraph...we were not overly leveraged and still had cash flow, even with a few late payments and move-outs. 

If the agent has a database of "pocket" buyers, they should step up, making an introduction to the home, and submitting an offer!
