If you are located in a market that reguires snow removal make sure your budget includes that.Always do the numbers on it and try to look at it before you make an offer or at least have a clause in the sales contract that allows you a little time (about 15 days) to make an inspection and possibly back out of the deal without a penalty that exceeds your earnest money amount.
