I do not have anything to transfer to my children, I am stuck in the life as an EMPLOYEE and I hate it the most.

If children can sell over priced lemonade and little "what nots" then age shouldn't be something you pay much attention to.

I was born and raised in Central Florida and have chosen to raise my children here.

I will probably stop at the age where my son (now 3) and future children reached out the age of 23-24 (giving them the chance of good college education and post graduate degree, of course if they want to do that).  

Too bad my twenties are over and we’re thinking about children... but it gives me some ideas!

I know it would be better to get our feet wet and "house hack" using the physician loan, but because of our children and the area we want to live, we haven't been able to find something that would work.

Tenants are more aware of their Section 8 vouchers than their own children. 

The only exception I make is adult children, who are still screened, but not named only as occupants on the lease. 

Families with young children may not be interested in such flooring out of fear of a child getting hurt.

Any recommendations for an affordable gardener/landscaper who could do a clean-up to make it safe for the tenant's children?
