They have secured loans from some veteran credit union to pay the last 5 months rents.

Jamie Owen I could be wrong but with my rentals that use non refundable deposits instead of security deposits (refundable), they basically count as rent.

It can be a nightmare if you let your emotions get involved, but a lot of folks on bp evict tenants regularly and it's a pretty straightforward process at the end of the day.
