@Nicholas L.Of course, additional rules won't protect 100% but at least something to use if anything goes wrong because my last tenant cost me more than 7K to repair. 

I've had more and more clients go up that way over the last year due to the affordability.

I'd like to pay the minimum every month.I just finished reading Craig Curelop's book, amazing what he has done in the last couple years.
