I spent the afternoon at the Attorney General's office yesterday hoping to see criminal charges pressed against some of these people… But it does make me nervous to think about these bottom feeding lawyers you all were talking about like this one whose name is David Wright who I overheard and recorded couple of months ago bragging about how many times  he sent the Marshall to peoples doors so far to have them evicted and laugh the most sinister laugh saying "pretty soon will own the whole damn place!

Keep in mind that one feeds off the other, and can compound the issues over time with a rental, at some point forcing you to sell or bankrupt yourself.If you have trashy rentals you will always have trashy tenants, so make sure your stuff is always fixed and looking good.

However, be aware that short-term rentals have a lot of moving parts and require constant care and feeding.
