EVERY county is different as far as what is free for unofficial copies (Harris County, mostly) and what is pay-per-view (lots) to SOL for web access (many more).

Or at minimum, become reliant on such as fundamentals to success primarily to be the greatest asset to self, and to source good deals to other rental property investors if need be.

I have been listening to audio books, podcasts, YouTube and searching the web for ideas and answers to my questions.

The other day I tried to log in and it told me my account had been blocked and removed (I am a quite enjoyer of CI and am certain I did nothing that would warrant a ban from the site) and when I tried again to log in just now it brought me to a very cheap looking page where it asked for my name, address, phone number and email to submit a web form about "something strange with my account" Maybe they were hacked? 

In NC, each county has its own rules for trailers and unfortunately there is nothing on the web and no specific individual to call.  

Say they do something else, well instead of fining them or threatening eviction, why don't I just use the web filter to block all games, entertainment, explicit content, etc, until they comply.What do you think, are these good ideas or am I just crazy?

Then, when you actually see something like someone shows you a picture of a property they purchased you need to assume that 98% of those claims are untruthful because maybe that person did not actually by the property, or there could be a web of lies surrounding the purchase of the property.

This scoundrel answered the phone using my name and scammed a lot of people out of a lot of money.Stay off the web when looking for money, Allen.

Ultimately, and I have zero shame saying this, my awakening to why I was always broke only came when my wife took control of the money and I realized how fundamentally different our money behaviors were.

Then you need a web presesnce.
