My biggest advice is to do any major demo and work (taking out a wall, replacing/repainting cabinets, refinishing or replacing floors).

Has anyone out there developed and managed one of these short-term commercial spaces?

I try not to show unless we are at the point of substantial completion, meaning floors are in, counters are in, most everything is painted, etc.

This one would be around 950/mt for each floor, and then there is a 4 car garage that can be rented out for about 200-300 a spot (happening now).

Nobody else is using the space of the garden.Its open. 

@Louis Vaughn I'm in the MF space and own a couple apartments myself.

It looks like there is damage leading up to the third floor and what looks like hairline cracks in the paint that go straight down.

I think it needs new roof, gutters, downspouts, electrical, plumbing, a lot of drywall, kitchen, 2 baths, trim, doors, flooring and paint. 

In areas like living rooms, I use laminate flooring like PERGO.
