If an opportunity to house hack a MF came up I'd stick to Nassau and would consider pretty much any town with a decent school district.

Our (very seasoned) real estate attorney said that he had just closed a $12million dollar deal that wasn’t NEARLY as complicated as this one, and he brought one of his new junior associates to the closing as a learning opportunity.

I don't have much to offer as far as investment opportunities go, but I do have plenty of sweat equity to put forward and would love to get involved with a Utah investor.

A cash on cash ROI of 6% is a little low - is that the best opportunity in your area?

I have a limited bucket of funds, but enough to purchase at least one decent SFR, but also considering Reg A type funds and other crowdsourcing opportunities.
