Communication in real estate investing

Blake Dahl
Posted

Hello BiggerPockets community!

I'm looking for someone from Utah, specifically Utah or Salt Lake Valley, to help me answer some questions. These questions are part of a course I'm working on in communications that I am hoping will help me in taking my first steps into the Utah real estate market.

1. What types of communication are you regularly engaged in? Is it mostly formal written communication? Informal networking? Any insight you could give here would be so very helpful to me!

2. I'm looking to do a more detailed interview with a Utah investor as part of my communications course. Would you be interested in participating in an interview?

I don't have much to offer as far as investment opportunities go, but I do have plenty of sweat equity to put forward and would love to get involved with a Utah investor. I'm a statistician and I would love to put my knowledge to good use in the real estate world.

Thank you so much for any feedback!

Blake
