Your company has to play asymmetrically, double down on your companies strong suits.

I would like to double my day job income in one year but don't have a ton of money to start investing and I'm not certain how to raise investment capital but have heard many stories (on the podcast) of how people invested with little or no money.

That typically identifies something that requires follow-up in spring: double-check the caulking has not shrunk, etc.I only have a few properties that I self-manage, but I let them know from the beginning that I would be checking on them and that any lease renewal hinges on how timely they pay and the way they treat the property.

The cost of Utilities have doubled in the last ten years here in Tampa.

They also projected to double my equity in 5 years.  

Does anyone know what RCW's or regulations I could use to double check my assumption and also help educate those that think this is wrong?
