Property is going for 65k and would sell for 135-145 after rehab.I wouldn't make a killing after expense cost but enough to get started and roll it into the next one.What says the forum?

As a PM the only time I pay extra for hot tub service is 1) a complete drain scrub and refill (happens every 1-3 months, $120) or 2) If a technician visits to fix a problem ($125 trip cost) Hope this helps!

But, you can't determine quality by simply what they charge.....as there are plenty of terrible agents who also charge a lot.You'll need to determine what value they bring to you personally and do a cost benefit analysis of whether the cost is worth it to you or not.
