Best way to obtain financing starting from scratch
Long story short. Just went thru a breakup and literally lost everything.
Before this I made about 170k on the 3 previous homes I bought fixed up and sold.
I see a decent opportunity to buy a fixer upper and have it turned around pretty quick.
What's the best option I can use/present to get financing on the project. With minimal assets? Property is going for 65k and would sell for 135-145 after rehab.
I wouldn't make a killing after expense cost but enough to get started and roll it into the next one.
