Prior, I contacted the title company (chosen by PSO) in the property listing and they were willing to send me the same documents Auction.com will be sending me concerning wiring the deposit. 

At the moment I have batchleads and I can use postcards to market but there is no way to customize the cards, the only thing you can do is change the text and phone number.  

HIWe are negotiating with a new commercial management company and they do things differently that others ive worked with.

Watch out for fine print that requires an additional fee at closing - this is a huge red flag and how most flat fee companies make money.

If you have to pay to run power to the lot for example, the cost to run that power is the same whether you put a manufacture home or a custom 3000 sq ft home.
