My goal is to be completely finished by the end of summer and move out and get an apartment in Green Bay, WI.As far as my future goals are I'm stuck between going to school for architecture or continuing what I'm doing with painting and carpentry.  

I actually live overseas, but am planning on returning home for a year next summer (2021) and will be looking to acquire our first property then.

The current tenants are moving out at the end of this summer, and these have increased their value to about $245,000.

I also have the potential to move to San Antonio summer of 2021.

I'll be moving there next summer but I'm in the process of networking and educating myself in the mean time.

I know a lot of you would like your tenant to cut the grass abd change the filter if its a house but often they dint care and its not worth the chance of the hvac system not running in summer or city grass fines which if unpaid can lead to a lien. 

I am currently a registered nurse in NYC and this summer i started taking an online course to get my real estate agent license to get more hands on experience in the field.
