AD Military in San Diego, looking for a cheaper market to invest.

I am active duty military in San Diego, I used my VA loan to purchase a triplex that I house hack in but I am looking for a new market that is far cheaper to invest in. Ideally, multi-family homes but I am open to most things as long as the area makes sense as far as deals and numbers.

I also have the potential to move to San Antonio summer of 2021.

@Taylor Eilers I work with @Chris Stroup and he's absolutely right. The market is fantastic for cashflow. There is also a wide foreclosure margin here, so there are always tons of homes to be flipped or BRRRR'd. It makes this market like a playground.
