OK, I chose to live in Southern CA where I enjoy most but has very low return on REI, and I understand the risks, headaches and lower returns in reality than on paper to invest out of state.  

I was on this website 6 months ago and got a lot of great input from a lot of great people and really enjoy this website.

Folks from the west coast sell their million dollar homes, come here and purchase 2000sq/ft homes for 200-300k and live like kings while enjoying stunning outdoors and mild weather!

., Canada, UK, Germany, etc. could enjoy a reduced rate on withholding tax.

Got in low and enjoy the appreciation and fast renting to high quality, highly paid families.

Luckily, I enjoy networking events and meeting people so pretty excited to start meeting everyone.So there it is, if you read this far, I really appreciate it.

I really enjoy helping my clients and don't mind taking extra time on the report or walking them through the home.

My wife and I would like to do that for 3-6 months in the near future just to enjoy some of the beauty of this country, but we could not do it for years we love the people in our town way to much.

it sounds like you hate the idea of having a mortgage so maybe you want to pay it off and enjoy the under market rent cash flow until she leaves and then fix it up. if you aren't near your goals and are going to buy another property anyway, I would do that.
