Read as many RE books as you can get your hands on.

hey @Mark Chetcuti, so a quick search shows that there is some legislation moving around in the EU to increase transparency on STRs plus more restrictions.There are some articles on the Brussels Times site, but a paywall keeps me from reading it.

My advanced reply is Where and how much...lolI do not think a lot care if you say if you are an investor, could probably just say you looking for a house to buy and theirs looked like a possibility.
