Be Leary of some brands that are old and tired like Burger King, subway, Boston market, Applebees etc.

Maybe a tired owner is interested in selling...Overall, for the market you are seeking, you will not have much success finding quality Tenants next to a junkyard...

I do call code enforcement on vacant lots with piles of mattresses and tires and houses that are blighted.

We have had 2 agents prior to him and were tired of going to open houses and failing each time!
