Net lease folks - what deals are you liking given the current economic environment?
Hey all - first time post here.
Im curious what net lease deals you all are liking given the current economic environment.
Single tenant like Starbucks, Walgreens, Take 5 Oil, etc? or multi tenant retail/industrial deals?
Any particular operators you like? Which one to avoid?
Thanks!
