I'm keeping a couple free checking business accounts; I'm a self employed web developer so that has its account and then the property investing, the other account.Yeah, fees suck and I had a great blowup with my local bank where they charged me 28 bucks because they couldn't get their deposit dates straight.

These are awesome . especially in charlotte where you can build multifamily anywhere

I have a gas station in Los Angeles and it is one of the only gas stations within the city where not a single homeless person is at the pumps or at the door or on the lot asking for change.

I can't afford anything else in Southern California where i live.

I've never come across a situation where the development potential was knowingly misrepresented but being able to verify the development capabilities is something you should definitely learn.

But you are in California where nothing is as simple as it seems.I would contact an attorney.

Your agent will have the comps and she might know more about the property than you may know because she has access to the applicable  information or she knows where to get it.
