We are in regular contact with them and they seem to be following all of the Covid rules.

Just to be clear, I have been making all my regular payments and there is no lien placed on the house, so it seems like there wouldn't be any issue with the title search.

I did send an email to the contractor asking if this project could be started and I would stay with him if he can but I’m getting really nervous as this properties neighborhood has had very few rentals for a long time but I am seeing what I think are Airbnb owners starting to list their houses as a regular rental which given the current situation I get.

You cannot just enter their unit in this situation because of public health so your last resort is moot.

It requires an attorney to do your paperwork because a sub 2 deal cannot be dont with just a regular purchase and sale agreement.

They have lived there for around 22 years, I grew up in the park and it not like a regular trailer park.
