UPDATE: We fixed the bug that was preventing people from creating a new topic from the forums homepage, and I believe the other buggers have been handled as well.Charles - I'm glad you like -- I really like having another level of communication on the platform as well . . . falls somewhere between a PM and a forum post.

We took the hit & replaced it all, because it was the proverbial re-occuring nightmare.But I also put in a backflow valve to prevent the likelihood of neighborhood sewerage flooding back during heavy rains.

i kept them on the last house and while they were moving, the rear door fell off and almost hit the mover. it bent the corner of the door and after i installed it, the corner prevents it from locking. now the tenant wants a new storm door since the house would be "secure".i used that door for 2 months without a problem and they moved in and now i have to replace the door. it's ugly without a storm door, but at least it would not break anymore.on this new house i am just listing, there won't be a storm door.so, you keep them?

...and to prevent the Seller from wondering to other Wholesalers, include an Option Agreement from yourself (with an Option fee)...if so, what would that fee be?
