Hi,First post on the forum so let me know If I need to move it to a more appropriate page.I'm interested in buy-to-rent and have created a short list of six locations (see below) I want to investigate further.

Can people recommend the property investigation sites they use?

I find it hard to believe that a legit doctor would sign off on "2 therapy cats" and if they did they might think twice when you call or further investigate.

The requirements for building could be difficult and/or too expensive to implement that buying an existing place makes more sense.Just some things I can think of would be erosion control, environmental study, flood investigation/mitigation etc.

Its a great place to learn and further investigate investing in real estate.

My dad asked me to investigate the different ways that are out there and it's kinda difficult to phrase the question in a way that google knows what your talking about. 

Whenever I'm investigating a new market, I do some unscientific research but it should give you a decent idea.

Due to these circumstances, I am now investigating the possibility of using a hard money loan and was wondering if anyone had any experience with this in the Cheyenne area.
