The good news though is I have a bit of cash saved up.

I was just curious as to what everyone's reaction to the news this morning that the fed will provide another stimulus by buying $40 billion of mortgage backed securites each month.

Currently I have a SFR in Vegas and plan on renting my home in Newport News, Virginia once I separate.  

However my experience since has not been great.This may be old news to every but me, since I had only banked at huge places like Chase and BOfA before using this small bank, I didn't realize the drawbacks:--long hold time (9 days) for large checks deposited--wire transfer process is antiquated and not user friendly.

News articles reporting the improvements in the market have given my investors confidence.

I have my hands up in the air rite now because I cant tell these people to do and I also don't want to lose the property.The owners never call with news, I have to call them and the status never seems to change.

Paolo Dorigo, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but if the the property is in CA and more than 50% interest in an entity (including land trust) changes you must report to Board of Equalization’s (BOE) office in Sacramento within 45 days of the change.
