If it ain't listed, an agent won't be if much help.As Account Closed noted, you need at minimum a skip tracer (or a PI) to locate record owner.Strongly suggest you search PETIO format on these forums to first determine IF the house has merits worth further investigation. 

I contacted the listing agent for a freshly remodeled, 1700 square foot house in Miller Beach, about 4 blocks away from Lake Michigan, and the listing agent told me I could only get $650/month. 

Sell this property and use the equity to start fresh with a property that makes more sense as an investment on day 1, even though this means a pretty big capital loss from my original purchase price of 203k (for some reason I feel like you'll tell me this may be the smartest choice by the numbers, but the hardest to swallow because it'll mean permanently realizing the loss of property value, as well as may be costly to lose on the rental income for the time it takes to sell this property)Thanks in advance for your advice.
