Looking how to find address/number of owner

Found a property in Los Angeles County I'm interested in finding the owner. It's a run down abandoned property with potential.. I used Property Shark but it gave me a bogus address. Is there any good title companies that pay a fee to find that out for you here in Southern California? Any tips would be great!! Best, Jamie G

Hey @Jamie Garcia

To find the address at which the owner can be contacted, an agent should be able to find the billing address for any non-owner occupied property in the tax records.

The phone number is slightly more difficult and tends to be quite a bit less accurate. However, once you have the billing address to use as the basis for procuring their phone number, it does become quite a bit easier. There are several on line services that offer the reverse phone number look up using the owners' address.
