Interviewing and placing a section 8 tenant is no different than vetting a regular tenant...the only real difference is working with the MHA to get all your paperwork in order and get your property inspected/verified (the government does not pay rent for ****** properties).If you want to look at section 8, the class of property you buy does not matter....I would rather have less hassle from a quality property, personally.
