the date today is 2/28/20...... so apparently they are predicting the future "suspicious" activity on my ATM.....needless to say I didn't click the link in the email...I then logged directly on to my bank to double check and all was good....I bet i am one of the few Americans that has a checking account but does not have an ATM card.. never liked those things.

We mostly want it to pay for itself and hopefully make a small profit until we can retire and use it as a summer retirement home.As far as income and vacancy projections, a quick internet search uncovered 2 other similar cottages nearby with availability calendars and price rates for the next year.

Assuming we have the entire story here, your best bet is reporting to the contractors board, BBB, and if you choose, filing a law suit.
