Some people talk highly about North West AR but for me it is to far put and i don't have network there. 

The northwest side has many good cash flowing deals. 

After all, this is the Pacific Northwest.

What are thoughts on purchasing a multi-family complex in a cheaper area (Arkansas, Mid-West, somewhere else) and/or a cheaper home in the Inland Empire in Southern California?

My house was in the Inland empire (which draws military from Camp P and March AFB) and I had a hard time finding a good fit to take over the home. 

We own our properties in land trusts so if you look on public record, you won't see MapleStar's name anywhere and MapleStar Property Management LLC is the property manager.
