I mentioned the excessive noise to the upstairs tenant and he said that he would talk to his wife to try to have the kids keep the noise down.

The main things have been a tenant not realizing that you can't pour bacon grease into the drain even with a garbage disposal (this is actually in the lease), noise complaints (though half of these have been against nonstudents), parking issues, and seeming to forget when trash day is.

It's a power trip.Then, after the shower head was installed, she said she wanted us to have some other tenants across a small breezeway from her, stop using their air conditioner because the noise bothered her.
