Rental property for beginners

How could I start investing in rental property with little to no money? I'm 22 with no experience in the real estate field but would love to start as soon as possible. Any help?

You should really do at least 50 hours of reading on this site and other real estate resources before you start investing.  Don't be like some that spend more time picking out their clothes in the morning than buying what might be the largest purchase you'll ever make(a property).  Start reducing your expenses down to the absolute minimum.  Save all the difference.  Grab a second job in the evening if you're able.  Low and no money down strategies can be done, but having money makes it easier.

Depending on where you're from, even having 10-15k makes a huge difference than trying to go at it with no resources.
