Think of things like, what if the wood fence becomes a chain link fence; what if there was supposed to be sod, but they threw out some grass seed... it could come from any direction.

The Fed has said and the news is quietly even if reporting,  that other than more rate hikes or larger and more banks failing, the last resort for inflation is 10% unemployment which has to happen organically with some help from the Government with more regulation and taxes.

If you see someone mowing their grass, go talk to them. 

After paying $1600 for rent for a year and a half I became fed up and decided that I need to start house hacking as well as advance my career to earn a higher income.

I was always taught that a closed mouth don't get fed.

They also alert me of suspicious people/vehicles or if the power went out.In some cases, I offer to do minor repairs to their house, or at a minimum have my maintenance guy clean their yard or cut their grass for free.
