For those that are asset poor and want to build the LLC as a future income and credit source asap too, I am thinking to get the LLC started as part of the start –up plan, not for asset protection initially since it has none, but to establish it to banks/credit reporting agencies realizing banks will qualify it based on personal assets initially, but hopefully phase them out eventually.

As to those advances I mentioned, you are now limited as to what you may add to the note for collection, you will need legal advice for this, as you can not exceed the balances or costs that would have been established by the prior note holder.IOW, the XYZ banks adds attorney fees and expenses to get it to foreclosure and then accepts an offer to sell the note.

You are established in the best place in the world to live IMO... buy a fixer with good bones in a good neighborhood/school district and fix it up as you can afford to do so.
