Hi,
I'm Vickie. I live in NC and I am trying to establish myself as a Real Estate Investor specializing in Lease Options. I just received an email from a buyer asking me to set them up with a lease option in Florida. I want to do this because I don't want to limit my area but I don't know a lot about Florida legally. How would you proceed with something like this?
