I currently am house hacking a residential MF and looking for the most efficient way to achieve my goal.

Another big motivation for me is to start building a financial safety net for the family.

I am exploring how to make this process more efficient.

I wonder if that financial risk is enough grounds to require the vaccine.I've been thinking about using a motivator like an optional opt in program, such as a one time dollar amount rent credit if you can prove all eligible members of your household are vaccinated.

I have posted on some Facebook groups, but generally it seems the only people who comment are ones who want to sell their services (like skip tracing, motivated sellers list, cash buyers list, etc.)

Does anyone have any suggestions on what software to use to start finding and building motivated seller lists?
