How do I get into syndicating deals?

I’m trying to begin my real estate investing journey and I thought syndicating deals would best suit my needs at this time. While I’ve done some research, I’ve quickly realized that I’m not quite sure where to start!

I figured syndicating deals might be a great way to gain capital. But I need help on where to look. I was hoping someone might help clue me in on where to look, some deals they might know of, or even helping me get a better understanding of the steps of syndicating a deal.

Anything helps and I’m excited to get started!
