Hello BP,I have read articles and listened to podcast but there's one thing that crossed my mind.

Its like buying a used 10 year old car and taking a cross country road trip. 

I have my fingers crossed that I'll get two good tenants soon. 

However, a job change and a cross country move sort of threw a wrench in that plan.
