New Brooklyn (for now) Investor

Hello all, 

I'm from Brooklyn, but I hope to relocate to a state with a lower cost of living soon. I've always been interested in seeking financial independence and recently realized that I also had an interest in Real Estate and the opportunities it can provide. 

I currently own a triplex buy and hold in Newark, NJ and I'm hoping to get more SFH/MFH in the near future. I'm also currently working towards my Real Estate License and hoping to work as an agent for the next few years to gain more experience, education, and connections with others in the industry.

As no one in my personal life even has these concepts on their radar, I've been struggling with support and motivation from time to time throughout this journey. I'm hoping BP can help me make the connections I've been seeking and be a source of information and inspiration.
