Unfortunately, I know my lease does not specify how the security deposit is handled when you have two unrelated people signing the lease.   

"Work on your business, not in your business."

This definitely isn't a habit that you want to get yourself into as it can for sure be seen as bad business.

But I'm so busy with my job that I have almost no time to focus on our real estate business (not to mention the constant stress and anxiety of delivering a number year after year).

Also, below are some ideas I've had.It seems to make sense to start with a list of people in my ideal area that have owned land for a long time and are not actively using it.   

It is common for many auctions to get called off at the last minute because people will file a court paper to get the auction stopped.  

While the usual saying "you get what you pay for" obviously applies, I'm flabbergasted that people are ready to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in a foreign country but have an issue paying a likely small amount in relation to that to make sure they don't end up making a bad investment.Hope this helps!

I think it's healthy to keep our eyes open for products that suit us best, especially as our businesses grow and change over time, so should our systems.

I have a couple of people I can, but I would also like to know if I found someone worth using.
