There is a single bathroom in each unit. 

I was wondering what you landlords do with your kitchen and bathroom sinks (and drains) between tenants.I've gotten into the habit of using a bottle of Drano Max for all the drains in between tenants.

Saturday afternoon and Sunday were spent demoing everything that is going to be replaced including both bathrooms (leaving 1 toilet and one sink, the entire kitchen, all the carpets, all the doors...

Inspect water heater and ensure bottom isn’t rusting out Check caulk in bathroom Check under sinks for any moisture.Triple check for leaks.

It helps people see how the furniture might be placed, bathrooms laid out, kitchen, windows, etc., exterior finishes, landscaping, and so on.

They seem to have really good prices on vanities and miscellaneous items.  

Over the course of 100 years these have probably bio-degraded to useless pulp.If any of the bathrooms still have their original subway tile they're going to be thicker than modern subway tile.

Hi Everyone,I finally am getting around to working on the bathroom for my flip.  

It needs paint, carpet, bathroom, and kitchen.

Two tenants with leaking bathroom faucets doubled the water usage for  6 units from 100 gallons/person/day to 200/ gallons.
