This means it does not file a tax return and all activity of the property is actually on your personal tax return. 

But at the same time, I have realized when you trigger an address by filing something it usually sends up a flag to the local tax commissions or authorities for the address listed which will sometimes trigger more back and forth explanations where everyone is looking for their share of any income produced.  

My lawyers say we could file eviction, but it's likely going to be a long road to enforce the eviction without a lot of supporting evidence other than "he said, she said" and anecdotal evidence. 

It also must have elected to file taxes as a sole proprietor. 

Is alternative financing something I should be looking to make my first deal happen or be patient and wait until my file suits A/B lendes criteria?
