Help Finding a CPA in the Philly Suburbs

Hey BP! 

My partner and I are new(ish) investors. We have one single family rental at the moment and bought another house with the intention of doing a live-in flip, but may choose to stay in the property and rent out the basement as a short term rental (house hack). As both of these events took place this year, it will be our first time filing taxes with investment properties. We’re hoping the BP community can send us some referrals for good real estate savvy CPA’s in the Philadelphia Suburbs (preferably near King of Prussia, Paoli, West Chester area, but willing to drive a little bit for a great recommendation).
