Real Estate Agent to watch out for in CA

Anna Chang
Posted

I been an investor for many years and own several properties. I've met a few real estate agents that I admired and absolutely good at their job. I have to agreed I'm still not an expert at reading people and there are still more to learn. However, there is one in particular agent I must warn everyone. Her name is Yin-Ling Ling and she works for 168 Realty in Rowland hts, CA. I was approach by her from an acquaintance and thought to give her a chance to sell one of my residential home. However, what I did not realize she is extremely good at deceiving people and carefully plans her targets. She preselect hides offers, lies her way and consistently looks for buyers so that she can do dual agency to make commission on both sides. Of course, maybe all agents do this but we may never know. I was a victim and only found out through someone I know that had put in an offer that this agent never presented to me. Has anyone ever experience this?
