My online forms require me to enter the cash portion and the financing portion, and adds the two together that is the sales price. and if I leave both (cash portion & financed) blank and just fill in the sales price, it automatically assumes sales price will be completely financed.

Some things are priorities I wish were not, but nonetheless need to be done, so they automatically make the list.Those tasks that make me the most or in some cases saves my money are also on the list.I always try to leave room on the daily list for something less productive - otherwise these "other" things never get done (paying bills, reading, researching, visiting BP, etc).I have a set number of tasks that I want to get done in a day.

It saves every email address automatically, even if it is a 1x contact, and their new autosave feature is quirky.* calendar doesn't print useful formats (I have a halfsheet binder that I can't print my calendar for).What I love most is I can access my email from any internet enabled computer.

The house is currently occupied, and I have read in a few books, that when you actually close in the beginning of the month, you should get the rents for the most of the month (the rest of the month rent pro rated).Is this automatic thing, or do I have to write it in the contract?
