Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Everyone is looking forward to a break to get away from their daily life and spend time with their families.

It's around this time of the year that people start looking forward to next year and start coming up with ideas and goals for the following year.

So what are your goals for 2011? Both real-estate and personal goals.

My goals for next year are to add 5 more rental properties to my portfolio.

On a personal note, I would like to go visit my dad in Tanzania.
