I'd say your best bet is to visit as many local REIA meetings as possible and talk to as many people you can.

I want to use them toCheck properties internationally via video call, so let say I'm virtually visiting the property with the seller, realtor & etc at the other side.

So is your goal to try and visit every property from each lead that comes in or do you filter your leads first?
