Investing in the surrounding Counties - Rowan, Iredell, Mecklenburg.

Surround yourself with like minded people early, and keep eachother accountable.

The problem is I can’t find any new construction duplexes in Houston or surrounding areas.

Thank uou Sounds like you can lease it out as an office or some other commercial use that would suite the surrounding area and continue to use the rear for storage?

Pueblo County attractions include: Pueblo Reservoir, The Arkansas River Walk, Colorado State Fair, University of Colorado - Pueblo Campus, Hiking, Fishing, Camping, Mountain Views and is surrounded by fruit and vegetable farms -a great place to invest. 

Once licensed here, I hope to become popular with the "military crowd" surrounding the area and help transitioning families buy/sell homes to establish some capital.

I wish to surround myself with successful people.
